Our aim is a simple one, to provide to you the very best customer service experience.

We do this by ensuring the one-to-one interaction between Whiteline and yourselves remains professional, efficient, and personal. We employ a responsive and friendly, customer-focussed team who are there to resolve your problem, wherever the fault lies and cause you minimal business impact. Customer service is a key driving force within Whiteline, and we are continuously looking for ways to improve by learning from our mistakes, listening to your feedback, and developing new service offerings.

We provide multiple channels to enable you to report and track your requests, by telephone, support email, online portal, and WhatsApp.

In addition, we provide access to our free online hub that enables you to view your deliveries, orders, quotes and credits alongside a comprehensive solution centre and a suite of electronic and pdf-based brochures.

Our team is made up of a customer services manager, two additional service representatives who are supported by sales support and training, technical escalation, and experienced processors.
